A12 Athletics Return & Replacement Policy
At A12 Athletics, we build tools for young athletes to be used, trusted, and trained with.
Returns (14 Days)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unopened items.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at the customer’s choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kits & Bundles (Important)
For all kits and bundles (including the Game Ready Kit and Recovery Kit):
- The entire kit must be returned
- All components must be unused and undamaged
- Partial returns or individual components are not accepted
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale once opened or used:
- Recovery rollers and recovery tools (once used)
- Sticker packs
- Any item marked Final Sale
If a recovery tool has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective Items & Replacements
We stand behind our products.
Resistance Bands
- If a band tears or fails within 30 days under normal use, we will replace the entire band set at no cost
- Clear photos are required
Other A12 Athletics Products
- If an item is damaged, breaks, or fails within 30 days due to normal wear and intended use, we will replace it
- Damage caused by misuse, overuse, improper care, or abuse is not covered
All replacement decisions are made at the discretion of A12 Athletics.
Tool Insurance (Optional Add-On)
Customers may add Tool Insurance at checkout for $5.
Tool Insurance includes:
- Lifetime replacement of a resistance band set
- 100% replacement coverage up to 2 years after purchase
- Replacement set issued anytime a band fails under normal use
- No questions asked (photos still required)
Tool Insurance applies only to resistance bands and does not transfer to other products.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on preference-based returns
- A12 Athletics covers shipping only for confirmed defects or errors
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
